This month, several members of our executive team visited the Sisters of the Holy Cross Motherhouse in Notre Dame, IN. Sean Lansing, Deanna Stewart, Brian Pierson, Amanda McCullouch, Dr. Scott Wilbur, and Donya Brown spent three impactful days reconnecting with our foundational mission. Their journey was a heartfelt homage to the Holy Cross Sisters, whose legacy fuels our daily mission. Through engaging discussions and reflective moments, our leaders renewed their commitment to lead with empathy and integrity in healthcare. We are inspired by the Sisters’ dedication and thankful for the opportunity to deepen our connection to Mount Carmel’s enduring values.
